7. CONTINGENCY PROCEDURES

MUST CRITERIA

  • A list of emergency contact telephone numbers must be displayed in a prominent position.

 

  • Contingency procedures must be in place and known to all stockmen to deal with any emergencies, which may endanger human or animal health, welfare or food safety.

 

  • There must be a planned provision to avoid cattle being exposed to extreme weather and temperature for prolonged periods.
